A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime
[B] The Defendant, along with C, D, E, etc., attempted to acquire money from a merchandise coupon trader in exchange for money by purchasing a one type of a pre-paid card issued by a credit card company and forging it by using “ski money” and “Rabter”, etc., and then exchanging the pre-saleed card at a merchandise coupon trading business establishment, and purchasing high-value gold stuffs, etc. with the pre-saleed card prior to the use of the said discounted card. Accordingly, the Defendant intended to acquire money from a merchandise coupon trader in exchange for money while issuing a non-value-free card.
Accordingly, the Defendant purchased the gift cards, and C made a forgery by reproducing the gift cards, and D received a normal set card and a forged set card from E and a false set card from C, etc. to instruct E and name-free boxes, etc. to purchase money and goods at gift certificates trading business places, or to purchase money and goods directly, and E and name-free boxes, etc. are recruited to play a role in purchasing money and goods.

1. Fraud;
A. On December 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased 500,00 won per 1 copy of the Korea Bank BC HF card (500,000 won) with knowledge of the fact that the FF card purchased by her purchaser would sell at a discount immediately after reproduction and would not have any property value; (b) purchased her purchase of the FF card at KRW 500,000 per 1 copy; (c) copied the FF card purchased from the Defendant with the card reproduction equipment; and (d) directed D on the 29th day of the same month that the original FF card was reproduced with the card; and (d) instructed D to exchange the FF with the said original FF card with the said original FF card on the same day; and (e) gift certificates operated by the victim G in Busan-si.
