Defendant
A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for one year, by imprisonment for eight months, and by imprisonment for six months, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 2, 2015 by the Seoul Southern District Court on January 13, 2015 due to a violation of the Vocational Stabilization Act, and is currently under the grace period, which became final and conclusive on October 2, 2015.

B and Defendant C were sentenced to the suspension of the execution of eight months in the Seoul Central District Court on June 19, 2015 due to a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Intermediating, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (the brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts), and the decision became final and conclusive on June 27, 2015, and is currently in the grace period.
[2] The Defendants: (a) purchased a pre-paid card which is a kind of pre-paid card issued by the credit card company; (b) forged it by means of using the card reproduction equipment; (c) then exchanged the pre-paid card at a merchandise coupon trading business establishment at a discount; and (d) acquired the above goods by means of purchasing high-priced gold bar and tobacco with the pre-printed feet card prior to the use of the said discount card.
Accordingly, Defendant B prepared the money to purchase the pre-paid cards, Defendant D took charge of purchasing the pre-paid cards using the pre-paid cards, Defendant A purchased the pre-paid cards, and forged the pre-paid cards by reproducing the pre-paid cards, and Defendant C conspired in order to play the role of delivering the re-produced pre-paid cards to Defendant D through B.
1. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in credit;
A. On March 9, 2016, the Defendants conspired to read the card at the bank flag card (Serial number) purchased by Defendant D at the sponse-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul around March 9, 2016, and connect the CD containing a reproduction program to the computer, and forged by means of inputting the information on the said normal weather card on the credit card held by the Defendants through the card box, and from that time until March 10, 2016.
