The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing taxi.

Nevertheless, at around 16:51 on September 29, 2016, the Defendant proceeded with one lane which is 136 and the left-hand turn from among the three lanes prior to the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Jung-gu's Jung-gu's Jung-gu's Seoul, and proceeded to the left-hand turn according to the direction indicated by traffic safety facilities. However, the Defendant violated the direction and proceeded to the right-hand turn.
