A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around March 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a communication from a name-free person who assumes the name-free person who assumes the B Bank Employees C with a lower credit rating to obtain a loan due to a lower credit rating; and (b) received the communication that “I would make and withdraw a loan by depositing money into a new account and deliver it to our employees; and (c) notified the name-free person of B Bank Account in the name of the Defendant to the B Bank Account (D) in the name of the Defendant; and (d) sent the said account to the employee designated by the said name-free person if the money was deposited into the said account.”

On April 2, 2019, the Defendant, upon receipt of the above order from the above bearers, drafted a “large-amount cash withdrawal/transfer statement” in the process of withdrawing KRW 6 million from the headquarters of the Party branch of the B Bank located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to prevent the singishing damage at the point of the Party branch of the B Bank located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and made a withdrawal/transfer statement to the said bank account in the Defendant’s name, and despite suspicion that the money deposited in the said bank account in the Defendant’s name could be the damage amount to the singishing crime, the Defendant withdrawn the above KRW 6 million in cash and delivered the above KRW 6 million to the employees of the singishing singishing in the vicinity of the said B Bank Sing Party
2. On April 2, 2019, the victim H made a false statement to the effect that “a loan would be made at a low interest rate if an existing loan is repaid,” by misrepresenting the victim’s staff by phoneing the victim at an unsound place.” The victim is the victim.
