A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

Around March 2019, the Defendant: (a) sent a false statement from a person who misrepresented B Bank employees to obtain additional loans, and there are any other means to obtain a loan, and (b) accepted the communication that “I will make a loan to the extent that the details of the deposit money is sufficient to receive a loan; (c) I would make a transaction performance; and (d) notified the above person in the name of the Defendant of the account’s account number (D) and then sent the money to the said account when the money was deposited into the said account, and then sent it to the employee designated by the said person.

1. On March 25, 2019, the victim E calls from the victim E at an irregular place and calls from the victim E to make a false statement to the effect that “a loan would be made up to a maximum of 55 million won at a low interest rate of 2.9% if part of an existing loan is repaid,” and then, the victim transferred KRW 10,80,000 to the above C Bank account in the Defendant’s name around March 27, 2019.
