1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) As from February 1, 2018, 7,200,000 and as above.
Reasons
1. On February 6, 2015, the Defendant leased a building listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff as KRW 2 million, monthly rent of KRW 300,000,000, and the lease period from February 7, 2015 to February 7, 2020. The Defendant did not pay the monthly rent from February 2016.
The unpaid monthly rent in January 2018 is a total of 7.2 million won, and the monthly rent from February 1, 2018 is not paid.
On February 19, 2018, the Plaintiff terminated the above lease on the grounds of delinquency in monthly rent.
