All appeals by the defendant and the prosecutor are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Defendant 1) Defendant 1, who mispers the fact, provided the head of a separate passbook in order to require a separate passbook because the taxes imposed on the company are too much high from the nameless person who referred to as the Y company director, and would pay the prime price by providing the passbook.

B. The Prosecutor’s sentence of the lower court is too unhued and unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. 1) The Defendant also argued to the same effect as the lower court’s determination. The lower court, in full view of the content and method of the Defendant’s act shared by each of the instant crimes, the content of the instructions given from accomplices, the amount paid by the Defendant in return for each of the instant crimes, the Defendant’s age, educational background, intelligence, etc., the Defendant was aware of the fact that he was involved in the telephone financing fraud at least at the time of each of the instant crimes.

As it is reasonable to see, it rejected Defendant’s assertion.
