Punishment of the crime

1. On April 13, 2014, at around 00:55, Defendant A assaulted the victim’s fat, with a fat, in front of the D restaurant located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, for the victim E (39 years of age) to have the Defendant fatd with the Defendant’s female friendly B, with the fear that the fighting would increase more, Defendant E (39 years of age) was fated. The Defendant fatd the victim’s fat and fatd with the Defendant’s fat and fatd the Defendant’s female friendly hand, and fatd with the Defendant’s fat and fatd with the Defendant’s fat.

2. 피고인 A, 피고인 B 피고인들은 위 1항 기재 일시 장소에서, 폭행 신고를 받고 출동한 부산동래경찰서 F지구대 소속 G 경장이 행인인 H에 대한 모욕 혐의로 피고인 A를 현행범인으로 체포하려고 하자, 피고인 A는 “씹할 놈들아 내가 뭐 잘못해서 잡아가는데, 야 이 개새끼들아 놔라.”라고 욕설을 하며 양 손으로 위 G을 밀어 넘어뜨려 오른쪽 무릎을 바닥에 1회 찧게 하고 팔을 잡아당겨 위 G이 입고 있던 제복의 견장을 뜯어내고, 피고인 A의 여자 친구인 피고인 B은 “야 이 개새끼들아. 왜 죄 없는 사람을 순찰차에 태우는데. 씨발 놓아라. 경찰들 좆같네. 동래경찰 좆같네.”라고 욕설을 하며 위 G이 피고인 A를 순찰차에 태우지 못하도록 양 손으로 위 G의 옷을 잡아당기는 등 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
