A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on June 10, 2015, at the 107-dong 3rd underground parking lot, 107-22, the 2015 Doz., the Defendant: (b) opened a door and opened a door in a vehicle by means of inserting up the bags that had been prepared in advance for the top keys of the Dostren vehicles owned by the victim C, and shred and knife them into the vehicle, and 4.60,00 won in cash owned by the victim inside the steering seat, from around the above day to November 29, 2015; and (c) committed a theft of 770,000 won in total over 5 times, as shown in attached Table 1, from around the 1st day to the 2015.

On January 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a vehicle and removed a locking device on January 30, 2014; (b) opened the vehicle in cash amounting to KRW 2,000 in the vehicle; (c) opened the door of the vehicle; and (d) removed the locking device on January 30, 2014.

In addition, from January 17, 2016 to January 17, 2016, money and valuables equivalent to KRW 18,092,400 in total, including cash, merchandise coupons, etc., totaling up to 37 times, from the time of theft, were stolen, and was attempted to steals money and valuables on a total of nine occasions.

On March 24, 2014, the Defendant, in collaboration with H, put up rocks prepared in advance on the top key hole of the Jststren Hastren vehicle in Pyeongtaek-do, Gyeonggi-do on March 24, 2014, and removed a return locking device, after opening a door of the vehicle and removing cash equivalent to KRW 705,000 inside the vehicle.

In addition, from July 11, 2014 to July 11, 2014, money and valuables equivalent to 6,557,000 won in total, such as cash and checks, etc., are stolen at least 12 times in total, and were attempted to steals money and valuables on two occasions in total.
