Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the Defendants are sentenced to punishment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 14, 2019, Defendant A: (a) sent by F to the fluxation of the building D in Sungsung-si; and (b) Anhhye, E, to purchase child and juvenile pornographys by communicating F with F, via the Mesenger’s Mere that “to sell the original images of elementary school students, middle school students, high school students, high school students, and chosathic/colon.” (c) 300-70,000, image 1,000, image 150-150,000, video”; and (d) by communicating F.

Accordingly, the Defendant deposited KRW 40,00 in F’s G bank account (H) and received “1.zpe” and “2.zpe” from F, including 253 obscene materials for children and juveniles, such as the attached list of crimes (1) from F, and received them from F to the Defendant’s I meta (J) and possessed them.

Accordingly, the defendant was aware that he was a child or juvenile pornography.

2. Around December 16, 2019, Defendant B: (a) posted F in the K apartment, L, and Anhyhh Kahh Kao F, for the fluxation of Maox; (b) sold the original images of the elementary school students, middle school students, high school students, 1,000, video 1,000, video 1,000-150,000, and (c) decided to purchase the obscene materials for children and juveniles by communicating F with the Defendant via the Mesen, “Ra”.

Accordingly, the Defendant deposited KRW 50,00 in F’s G bank account (H), and received “1.zpe” and “2.zpe” from F including 253 obscene materials for children and juveniles, such as the attached list of crimes (2) from F, from F, and carried them in the Defendant’s company’s computer.

Accordingly, the defendant was aware that he was a child or juvenile pornography.

3. Defendant C: (a) around December 30, 2019, the Defendant posted F for the Fluxation of the HO of the NO of the NO of the NO of the Pacific Building on or around December 30, 2019.
