Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2012, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) at the Cheongju District Court on November 30, 2012 and is still pending in the appellate trial.

The defendant had his mind to smoke by bringing in tobacco, which is prohibited goods into prison, through B, in a de facto marital relationship with his own meeting.

1. On January 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) informed of the name of Heung-gu’s relative D, the prisoner of the same ward, in the Cheongju-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, 1887-ro, and asked the Defendant to send tobacco to him/her on his/her Sung-gu sign.

Around the 12th day of the same month, the Defendant smoked in a ward toilet in the same way as the Defendant 5 times from around the time to around the 16th day of the same month by inserting tobacco in a scam room in a scam room and entering a toilet in a ward with a sound place and a scambling room.

Accordingly, the defendant brought in, possessed, and used tobacco, which is prohibited goods, to correctional facilities.

2. On January 23, 2013, the Defendant informed B of the name and address of E and his/her father who is the same inmate in the same ward, and around January 23, 2013, the Defendant attempted to import tobacco of the quantity of tobacco Class 3 of tobacco in the same manner as above, which is a prohibited article by hiding the tobacco content of the quantity of tobacco specified in Category 3 of tobacco in the Cheongju Post Office to the sender F and the receiver E, and then allowing B to send it to the sender.
