Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive for Defendant A and C.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B, Defendant D, Defendant E, G, and H are confined in each Busan prison, Defendant A is the dynamics of Defendant B, Defendant C is the females of Defendant D, and Defendant I is a person released from the Busan prison on August 25, 201.

1. A tobacco-related crime brought into Korea by Defendant A around November 2012;

(a) No person who accused A shall carry in liquor, tobacco, cash or check to a correctional institution without permission for the purpose of delivery to any prisoner, or receive or exchange them with any prisoner;

Nevertheless, on November 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the above B admitted to the Busan Correctional Institution to bring tobacco into the Busan Correctional Institution through a letter, and (b) concealed, on the horse, tobacco dust (60 pieces) by dividing it into six pages of the book outer cover cover without permission for the purpose of delivery to the above B; and (c) sent the tobacco to the representative L, who is the Busan Correctional Institution JJ Work Agency, to the above L, and let the said L carry the tobacco into the Busan Correctional Institution using the prison working vehicle on the 15th day of the same month and the 16th day of the same month.

(b) Defendants B, E, Defendant D, and H shall not carry in liquor, tobacco, cash, or check to a correctional institution, or possess, use, give, receive, exchange, or conceal them.

Nevertheless, around November 15, 2012, Defendant B received from the above L a house sent by the above L to December 2, 2012, and smoked in several times from that time until December 2, 2012. Defendant E received tobacco from the above B, which was taken in from the above B on November 15, 2012, and broadcasted in several toilets on the 10th floor and upper floor of the Busan Prison, from that time until March 21, 2013. Defendant D received the tobacco dust brought in from the above B on November 15, 2012, and thereafter, Defendant D received it from the above B on December 12, 2012, and then smoked in the toilets on the 10th floor and upper floor of the Busan Correctional Complex, and H was able to smoke in the toilets on December 10, 2012.
