A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence No. 3 shall be confiscated.

Criminal facts

On September 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and on September 16, 2011, the said judgment became final and conclusive and is still under the grace period.

1. The Defendant considered that “C sells a luscar car” posted by the victim D at the online trading site of “C”, and attempted to steal it.

On January 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 00:35 on January 15, 2013, at the public parking lot located in the Dong-dong, Sinsan-si, the Defendant called “I would like to directly check the state of the vehicle by driving the vehicle directly at home,” and said, “I would like to directly check the state of the vehicle.”

The Defendant left the car at the above car, and immediately left the car, and thereafter the Defendant left the car at the above car, the Defendant left the car door and left the car door by Extraordinary. The Defendant driven the car and escaped.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen one car in the amount of KRW 6 million at the market price owned by the victim.

2. At around 21:00 on January 20, 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) searched and gathered vehicle license plate photographs from the Defendant’s house of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment Adong 4001; (b) combined the necessary letters and numbers from among the above pictures, printed out “G” on the paper A4; (c) opened the rubber board prepared in advance in a method of putting the above paper A4 in large knife and knife with the knife; (d) black frame for the vehicle; (e) opened one rubber board prepared in advance in a size of the vehicle license plate; and (e) opened another rubber board with a white frame for the vehicle; and (e) put the rubber board on the rubber board of the size of the above vehicle license plate, and (e) put the knife on it again.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the registration number plate of air rolling stock for the purpose of exercising.
