A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A. On July 23, 2020, from around 11:41 to 11:49 of the same day, the Defendant discovered victim E reported by the Defendant to the police in the past, and obstructed the victim’s legitimate Schlage operation by force for approximately eight minutes, such as threatening the victim to put his hand into threat of violence.

B. From 12:07 to 12:11 on the same day, the Defendant re-exploited the victim in the place of the above “A” and obstructed the victim’s legitimate Schlage operation by force for about four minutes, such as driving away the victim in his/her duties and threatening him/her to display his/her hand, etc.

1. Application of the Acts and subordinate statutes to a CCTV image photograph (17 pages of investigation records) to each written statement prepared by the defendant in his/her court statement E;

1. Relevant provisions of the Criminal Act and Article 314 (1) of the Criminal Act concerning the selection of punishment;
