Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2013, at around 00:06, the Defendant driven approximately 20 meters from the underground parking lot of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1026-12 to the street of the same 1031 parking lot in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, to the blood alcohol concentration of approximately 0.173%.
