On 00:30 on 24, 2013.24, the Defendant driven a Blute vehicle with approximately 500 meters of alcohol content 0.108% under the influence of alcohol content in the state of under the influence of alcohol by the Defendant from the street shop in the front of the Hawa Oil Station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu to the street shop in front of the 957 Gluedong of the same Gu.
