A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The seized driver's license (No. 1) No. 1) shall be the victim B, Samsung mobile phone (a certificate).

Punishment of the crime

1. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

A. On October 20, 2017, around 22:40 to 23:00, the Defendant: (a) obtained one copy of the driver’s license issued by the Korean National Police Agency, which was lost by the victim B before the E-cafeteria located in Gwangju-gu, and did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the same to the victim; and (b) took on his/her own thought he/she had it.

B. On October 20, 2017, around 20:30, the Defendant: (a) acquired one cell phone from the alleyway near G Hospital located in Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) did so.

On October 20, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:30 on October 20, 2017, found two copies of the lost transportation card from the victim’s name in front of the taxi platform, and did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

(d)

On October 21, 2017, around 00:50, the Defendant acquired one cell phone from the victim J before the first week in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, but did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim.

2. On October 21, 2017, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document is one day prior to the fact that the E-art executive director, located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, is located.

During the period of being attached to the J, etc. of this paragraph as a theft offender, the Minister of the Korean National Police Agency of Gwangju Western Police Station requested the Ra to present an identification card from the Ra belonging to the K District Police Agency of the Seoul Western Police Station, and the above 1-A, presented B's driver's license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency, which is an official document acquired as stated in the above 1-A, as if he was his driver's license.

3. On October 21, 2017, the Defendant was arrested as a current offender and transferred to the head of the police station affiliated with the Gwangju Western Police Station after the Defendant was arrested as a current offender as stated in the foregoing 2., and the Gwangju Western Police Station around 02:25 on October 21, 2017.
