1. In the instant court H distribution procedure, the amount of dividends of Defendant B 18,529,810 won out of the dividend table prepared by the said court on May 23, 2014, is set forth in the said court H distribution procedure.

1. Basic facts

A. The pertinent Plaintiff of the parties filed an application with the I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I”) for a payment order seeking payment of service expense claims amounting to KRW 167,346,268, which was determined as of September 22, 2012, and the said payment order became final and conclusive as of September 22, 2012. The Defendants are those who worked in I and have the department and position as follows.

B. On March 28, 2013, creditors of I’s order of copyright sale filed an application for copyright sale order under this Court No. 2013TT4248 with respect to program works (the program registration number J and name: K; hereinafter “instant copyrighted works”) owned by I, and the court accepted and sold the same on August 23, 2013, and then this court proceeded with the distribution procedure of the proceeds of sale to H of this Court (hereinafter “instant dividend procedure”).

C. On October 28, 2013, the Plaintiff, based on the above payment order claim against I on October 28, 2013, was issued a ruling of seizure order under this court No. 2013TT14015 regarding the instant copyrighted work.

The Defendants, in writing, filed a petition against the violation of the Labor Standards Act with the head of the Sung-nam District Labor Agency of the Jung-gu Regional Employment and Labor Agency on the delayed payment of wages, and the head of Sung-nam District Office confirmed on November 20, 2013 by the I’s representative, as follows, issued the Defendants with the confirmation board of delayed payment money and valuables.
