The prosecution is dismissed.

The Defendant was in an internal relationship with the victim B (n, 42 years of age).

On November 1, 2018, the Defendant, at around 12:06, threatened the victim’s workplace and her husband’s workplace by sending text messages to the Defendant’s company of Leecheon-si, stating that “I will get off the victim’s other male, regardless of whether I will get off the victim’s cell phone after the lapse of time,” with the victim’s cell phone, and sending photographs by cutting off the victim’s workplace website and the victim’s husband’s own workplace homepage, and threatening the victim by means of threateninging the victim’s internal relationship to the victim’s workplace and her husband’s husband’s workplace until December 19, 2018.

Judgment

On May 30, 2019, the victim is not punished by submitting a written agreement by mail (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act and Article 283 (3) of the Criminal Act).
