Defendant

A is the head of the chapter C labor union D E, Defendant B is the head of the organization of the C labor union D branch, Defendant B is the head of the organization of the C labor union D branch, and the head of the Daejeon Police Station around 12:40 on August 17, 2012 from around 00:00 on August 20, 2012 to the head of the Daejeon Police Station.

9. From 24:00 on April 14, 200 to 24:00, it reported that an assembly is held for the purpose of “the mination of unfair labor practices in G labor relations” in India, which is 50 meters away from the 50-meter radius preceding the due date of the E-U.

Although the organizer of an assembly or demonstration is prohibited from doing any act clearly deviating from the scope of the reported purpose, date, time, place, method, etc., the Defendants, the organizer of the assembly or demonstration, conspired with the Defendants, from around 14:10 to 15:45 on August 21, 2012 to enter the said company’s parking lot and math, and divided the company’s disturbance into the said company’s parking lot and math, thereby clearly deviating from the scope of the reported assembly or demonstration’s purpose, date, time, place, method, etc.
