A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment due to night residence intrusion, larceny, etc. at Seoul Western District Court on February 22, 2012, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on May 24, 2012.

1. Intrusion upon a structure, theft;
A. On March 5, 2014, at around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) removed the glass window for the wedding distribution from a insertion that was in the vicinity; (b) intruded by a tugboat through the above glass window; and (c) cut off the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 450,000 in a separate bank, which was prepared in advance for the locks of the first Hun-Ga, set up in front of the first Hun-Ba; and (d) cut off the said glass.

C. At around 16:00 on March 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudeed a small statutory party at the victim J, which was located in Motsan-gun I; and (b) stolen the Plaintiff’s market price, 5, 3, 2,00 won in cash, and 2,000 won in the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located in front of the group.
2. Intrusion upon a building, and attempted larceny;
A.
