Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Public Offering Relations] On October 22, 2012, K (the prosecution of detention on October 22, 2015) had the power to operate the Internet Web L, and produced, sold, and operated sports gambling and online casino sites under the name of “M,” and N was in charge of collecting profits and managing gambling sites according to K’s instructions, and N was in charge of operating gambling sites in Thailand. 1. The Defendants’ co-principal
(a) A person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, who violates the National Sports Promotion Act and established gambling spaces, shall issue sports promotion betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance thereof by means of information and communications networks) and provide property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting;
