Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] Around 2012, G had a history of operating the Internet web site H, and the name of “I,” produced, sold, and operated a sports gambling and online casino site, and the J took charge of the business of withdrawing revenues, managing gambling sites, etc. according to G’s instructions. K took charge of the operation of the gambling site in Thailand, and L, M, N,O, P, Q, etc. was in charge of sports gambling and online casino site management in the Thai Office operated by G. Defendant A takes charge of the business of supplying passbooks necessary for I’s operation and concluding an office lease contract necessary for the production of the above site. Defendant B takes charge of each of the duties of sports gambling, online casino site production, management, and programming, etc. under the direction of G.

G operated the above sports gambling site as above, and around April 2013, S with S, having experience of prograsing, publicizing, and marketing, and trafficdiners were employed, with these intent to produce and sell sports gambling and online casino sites. In Korea, production teams (Defendant B, U, VR,W, T), promotional marketing teams (S, Q, X) are installed, and Thailand recruited to manufacture, sell, and operate the gambling site under the name of "I", including K, by organizing an operation team.

(a) A person, other than an entrusted business entity, who violates the National Sports Promotion Act (such as opening, etc. gambling) and a gambling space, is not the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall not issue (including issuing through an information and communications network) sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto and provide property or property benefits to persons who win the result, and no person shall open a place or space for gambling for profit;
