나. 2016. 10. 13. G라는 언론사의 H 페이지에 ‘I’이라는 제목 하에 원고가 군대를 안간다는 내용의 게시물이 올라오자 피고 B은 같은 날 위 기사에 ‘E십새키야 우울증걸리면 방에서처나오지말고 밥도처먹지말고 술이나처먹고 방송도하지말고 그 야동보고딸딸이나쳐야지 방송나와서 왜주둥이휘황찬란하게터냠’이라는 내용의 댓글을 올렸다.

The scope of responsibility of the Defendants appears to be a notice posted on the H page of a specific organization or an individual, which is not a medium with a large radio wave such as portal site, etc., the background leading up to entering the comments and the content of the comments, one-time act, the Defendants deleted and reflect the comments, and all other circumstances shown in the arguments of this case, respectively, shall be determined as KRW 30,00 and KRW 20,000,000,000,000, in consideration of the responsibility of Defendant B.

Therefore, Defendant B shall be KRW 300,000, Defendant C shall be KRW 200,000 and each.
