A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
1. A. On June 19, 2018, around 21:48, the Defendant discovered the victim Q from the entrance of the Dong-gu Daejeon District P apartment on the 1:2 Pdong-gu, Daejeon. On June 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim Q from the entrance of the 1st floor; and (b) followed the victim against the victim’s will by inserting his hand, and forced the victim to commit an indecent act. (c) On June 20, 2018, the Defendant committed a “S” in the Dong-gu, Daejeon District around 02:15.
