1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

(b)Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who is the competent authority, obtained permission for or filed a report on the installation of air emission facilities from the Gyeongdo Office in which specified hazardous air pollutants are generated in the instant B Company L company, without obtaining permission for or filing a report on the installation of air emission facilities from the Gyeongdo Office, which is the competent authority, 48.9 cubic meters x 1,46.6 cubic meters x 1.89 cubic meters x 1.89 cubic meters x 3,1.80 cubic meters x 3,1.80 cubic meters x 1,157 metres x 1,84 cubic meters x 1,104 cubic meters x 1,100 meters x 325 mac meters (HP) x 1 machine from July 2012 to January 27, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant installed atmospheric emission facilities without permission or reporting from the competent authorities.

(b) No person who violates the Water Quality and Ecosystem Conservation Act shall leak, leak, or abandon specific substances harmful to water quality in public waters without justifiable grounds;

In conducting the performance test of facilities installed in the above factory using a process leapulable water made by mixing the ice-containing case with the above factory L, the Defendant shall either prevent in advance specific substances harmful to water quality contained in the above process leapuling, or take necessary measures.
