A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the Victim F (F) came back from September 2015 to July 2016. Since then, the Defendant approaches as if the Defendant were unable to live in the victim for a few months from the pulmonary cancer, and then came back again on September 2016. 1. Rape;

A. The Defendant, from around 02:06 on December 10, 2016 to 06:10, notified the victim of the method of restoring the victim’s mobile phone pictures I to the effect that he/she still has the aforementioned sexually related video images of the victim while informing the victim of the method of restoring the victim’s mobile phone pictures. The Defendant sent the victim’s photo to the victim and then distributed the video images.

Intimidation, in order to prevent the spread of the above video, the victim was sexually raped on one occasion at the Kermo Lake room located in J around December 10, 2016, by threatening the victim's resistance by creating a written contract to the effect that the defendant should have sexual intercourse whenever he wishes and if he wants to do so, money should be given.

B. On January 7, 2017, the Defendant made, by threatening the victim, to prepare a written contract to the same effect as above. From February 7, 2017 to February 02:33, to 04:25, the Defendant abused the victim’s resistance by threatening the victim to spread the video as above to I, thereby suppressing the victim’s resistance. On February 7, 2017, around 18:00, the Defendant raped the victim on one-time basis.

The Defendant, from February 13, 2017 to February 21:30, 2017, drafted a contract by intimidation as if he were to spread the videos to the victim as above.
