Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a Crane XG car.

On October 8, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 5km section from the front side of the restaurant near the Yongdong-dong, Yongsandong-dong, Gwangju to the front side of the residents' consensus in the Dongdong-dong, Gwangju, with alcohol concentration of 0.237% among blood transfusion around 23:50 on October 8, 2016.
