On May 17, 2016, around 00:16, the Defendant driven B low alcohol leveling 0.151% of alcohol level in a section of about 300 meters from the front corner of the ship to the front upstream of the 15th common elementary school in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, while driving a vehicle around B, while under the influence of alcohol leveling from around 0.151% in a section of 300 meters to the frontmost of the 15th common elementary school in Gwangju-gu.
