1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N,O, and P are relevant to each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff borrowed KRW 21,00,000 from Q and R as of January 1, 1992 and KRW 21,000 from Q and R as of January 1, 1992. The Plaintiff failed to fully repay the principal and interest of the above debt since 1995.2) In order to secure the debt for the loan as set forth in the attached Table No. 1, Cheongju District Court Decision 527 dated January 10, 192, the maximum debt amount of KRW 40,00,000 for each real estate listed in the attached Table No. 527 with respect to each real estate as of January 10, 1992, and the registration of establishment of mortgage (hereinafter “the first collateral security”).

B. The Plaintiff’s debt and mortgage creation 1) The Plaintiff settled the loan amount from Defendant B to the time at around 1994 to KRW 40,000,000, and the repayment period was not separately determined.

The plaintiff did not fully repay the principal and interest of the above debt since 1995.

2) In order to secure the borrowed money as stated in the foregoing Paragraph 1, the Plaintiff completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage (hereinafter “mortgage 2”) against the Cheongju District Court’s Chungcheong Branch, No. 4059, Dec. 16, 1994, the maximum debt amount of KRW 100,000,000, and the debtor’s neighboring mortgage (hereinafter “mortgage 2”).

C. On August 6, 2010, the Plaintiff acquired ownership by completing the registration of ownership transfer on each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

Q Q and R’s inheritance relationship 1) died on January 9, 1998. On June 5, 1994, Q’s spouse died, and Q’s children died on June 5, 1994, and on April 16, 1996, T and Defendant C had already died. The husband of T died on April 16, 1996, and on the death of T and C, his children died on April 2, 2002.

At the time of R’s death, V, children were W, Defendant K, L, M, N,O, and P.

W died on September 17, 2002, and at the time W’s spouse was Defendant G, H, I, and J.
