Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months at the Busan District Court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 12, 2015.
