The defendant shall pay 53,789,162 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from October 21, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. According to the evidence evidence evidence evidence Nos. 1 and 5 as to the cause of the claim, it can be acknowledged that the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with the product of glass amounting to KRW 68,789,162 on three occasions from April 30, 202 to June 30, 2020, and the Plaintiff did not receive KRW 53,789,162 out of the price of the product.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delayed damages calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from October 21, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day immediately following the day of delivery of a copy of the complaint for the amount unpaid to the Plaintiff.

2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
