The defendants shall jointly and severally pay 5,905,830 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 26, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

According to the evidence evidence evidence evidence No. 1 to 5 of the judgment as to the cause for the claim, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 5,905,830 won for goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 26, 2020 to the date of full payment, following the day of delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case.

2. On the determination of the defendants' assertion, the defendants can issue a test report on the A grade test at the C Rating Board price in relation to D Corporation.

In order to be supplied with a panel, the plaintiff filed a claim for the amount of goods at A level, and the defendants agreed to settle the amount of goods unpaid at KRW 20 million due to the defendants' defense.

However, there is no evidence to acknowledge this, so the defendants' assertion is without merit.

3. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
