Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 14, 2016, at around 19:30, the Defendant: (a) laid the victim D’s mobile phone case on his/her client and laid the cell phone case on his/her client; and (b) laid down one copy of the Nong AF card, the victim’s market price of which cannot be known, using the frat in his/her lock in a mobile phone case.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Fraud;

A. On April 14, 2016, the Defendant purchased tobacco at a convenience store in the management of the Victim F, located in Suwon E on April 14, 2016, and presented a stolen physical card as if he/she was his/her own, as stated in paragraph (1), to the victim, and thereby, is the victim, and the Defendant is exempted from paying KRW 9,000 of the tobacco purchase price from the victim, thereby acquiring the same amount of pecuniary benefits.

B. At around 20:17 on the same day, the victim’s taxi that could not know the victim’s name in front of the water station located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si from the water station located in 18-1 to the front of the “IS” located in H in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the above victim’s taxi was moved.

6,200 won for taxi charges in the same manner as this paragraph shall be exempted from the payment, thereby acquiring the same amount of financial benefits;

C. At around 20:20 of the same day, the above “I” orders the victim J to provide alcohol, alcohol, etc.

In the same way, 190,000 won was exempted from the payment, and the same amount was acquired from the property profit.

3. The Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act by using the D’s physical fitness card which was stolen at the time and place specified in paragraph (2) in the same manner as that of paragraph (2).
