Punishment of the crime

1. On June 27, 2019, the Defendant, around June 27, 2019, intruded into the entrance for the purpose of theft of cash in front of D operated by the victim C in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on June 27, 2019, with the entrance for the purpose of cutting off cash, and went back to KRW 546,00 in cash owned by the victim by using the dracker prepared in advance.

As a result, the Defendant damaged the victim's ground-to-land exchange devices to cover approximately KRW 540,000, and stolen KRW 546,000 in cash owned by the victim by intrusioning the victim's structure at night.

2. Around July 5, 2019, the Defendant, around July 13:34, 2019, intruded into a G operated by the Victim F in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with the entrance door for the purpose of theft of cash, and went back to a 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 40,000 won in the front of the paper-to-faced exchange, using dracker, in order to keep up the front of the paper-to-faced exchange.

As a result, the Defendant invadedd the victim's structure, thereby damaging CCTV connection line with which the market price on the victim's ownership is unknown, and 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim, and stolen 40,000 won in market price.
