A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been illegally staying in the Republic of Korea since April 5, 2018 with the nationality of Kazakhstan.

1. On February 16, 2019, the co-principal of the Defendant and the person infinite name who was named in the name-free box B, carried out the “E” operated by the victim D in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, on February 16, 2019. On March 5, 2019, the Defendant solely committed a crime: (a) opened a cover of a bareboat exchange machine with a locking device using a dracker prepared in advance; (b) destroyed the bareboat exchange machine owned by the victim, thereby damaging the repair cost equivalent to KRW 110,000,000,000,000, which is a cash owned by the victim.
