A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. A violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act C, D, E, etc. leased a petroleum agency or waste gas station closed from February 2015, and provided equipment necessary to manufacture fake transit, such as underground storage tank, FRP oil reservoir, oil pumps, flow meters, etc. in a foreign country, imported petroleum intermediate products necessary for manufacture of fake transit (hereinafter “import material”) from a foreign country, transported them to the manufacturing factory using tank lorri vehicles, and sold them through gas stations operated by accomplices, including C, after creating fake transit, and the Defendant offered a request from C to the effect that the import quantity of imported raw materials used as raw materials of fake transit will be verified, etc. at a non-place at the end of February 2015, and conspired to commit a crime in succession by accepting such request.

Upon receipt of a request from C to deliver the phrase “G” to a person in charge of a tax office to the effect that it is possible to register an entrepreneur because no license for petroleum sales business has been granted,” in the process of registering a business operator under the name of “G” for the distribution of imported raw materials at a superscopic place, the Defendant: (a) sent telephone to F; and (b) sent the above purport to F; (c) on January 2016, the imported raw materials imported by C from Ulsan (hereinafter referred to as “Slsan”) at a storage tank located in Ulsan (hereinafter referred to as “Slsan”); and (d) stored them in the storage tank and delivered them after verifying the import volume of the imported raw materials to C; (b) stored them through a manufacturing factory located in Janju (hereinafter referred to as “Slsan”); and (c) stored them in the storage tank No. 12715,515,75,715,75, and 755,000,000 won, as indicated in attached Table 127.
