A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant involved in the manufacture and sale of fake transit: (a) was leased to a petroleum agency or waste gas station closed from February 2, 2015, and was equipped with the equipment necessary for the manufacture of fake transit, such as underground storage tanks, oil storage tanks, oil pumps, flow meters, etc.; and (b) B was in charge of manufacturing and supplying raw materials by mixing petroleum intermediate products necessary for the manufacture of fake transit with raw materials and oil supplied at a manufacturing place inside gold acid and Gongju; (c) F, G, H et al., using a tank clurri vehicle to build fake transit; and (d) upon request from B et al., the Defendant was in charge of manufacturing and selling them from the above manufacturing place to the above manufacturing place; and (e) the Defendant was in charge of manufacturing and selling them from the above manufacturing place to the above manufacturing place to the above manufacturing place; and (e) upon request from C et al., the Defendant was in charge of manufacturing and selling them from the above manufacturing place to the above manufacturing place to the first 20 years.
