A. The Plaintiff is a company that operates a specialized management business of rearrangement projects, such as reconstruction and redevelopment, and Defendant A’s Promotion Committee for the Establishment of Housing Redevelopment Project Cooperatives (hereinafter “Defendant Promotion Committee”) was established for the promotion of housing redevelopment improvement projects (hereinafter “instant rearrangement projects”) whose project implementation district covers all R projects in Yangyang-si, Nam-si, and obtained approval from the Namyang-si Market on June 23, 201.

On August 19, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into the instant service contract with the Defendant Promotion Committee (hereinafter “A”) and the following contents (hereinafter “B” refers to the Defendant Promotion Committee, and “B” refers to the Plaintiff), and Defendant B, C, and D jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation under the instant service contract by the Defendant Promotion Committee.

Article 2 (Status between Parties) (1) “A” shall entrust “B” with the services referred to in Article 3, and “B” shall perform the services entrusted by “A”.

Article 3 (Scope of Services for Rearrangement Projects) (1) The term "B" shall perform the following affairs entrusted by "A" and provide advice and support to "A" for other affairs, and the preparation and processing of documents related to the services for rearrangement projects shall be governed by relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, such as the Urban Improvement Act, the Operational Rules of the Promotion Committee, the articles of association, etc.

1. Acting as an agent for the affairs concerning the consent to partnership establishment and to rearrangement projects. (2) The task of this service is to provide the professional knowledge and the assistance and vicarious execution necessary for the implementation of the rearrangement project by the promotion committee (the native association) through “B”, and in particular, to carry out the tasks specified in paragraph (1) above, the following tasks shall also be carried out:

Work support for consent to establish an association and consent to rearrangement projects - Assistance in preparing written consent for establishing an association - calculating the number of consenters of owners of land, etc.
