Punishment of the crime

Around 19:30 on February 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol on the road in front of the Busan Suwon-gu, Busan, the Defendant: (b) opened the entrance of the victim C (the 37-year-old)’s residence; and (c) followed the victim’s resistance; (d) thereby, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the number of days of treatment, such as flaging the victim’s flag, by “Ig, flag flag,” and flag flag, flaging the victim’s flag, leading about about 10 meters, leading the victim’s 10 meters in flag, leading the victim’s flag to five times in flag; and (e) flaging the victim’s flag.
