The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is recognized as a fact that he/she has taken the victim's face once, but there is no fact that he/she has taken the victim's face about 10 times by drinking, and there is no fact that the victim was injured due to the defendant's act.

Nevertheless, the judgment of the court below which found the Defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case is erroneous and adversely affected by the judgment.

2. Determination
