Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2017, around 13:01, the Defendant driven B Obaba while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.09% in a section of about 2km from the 29th to the cGV road located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, for about 129 to the New Village of CGV.
