Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2015, the Defendant, as a owner of B Trax XG car, driven the said car not covered by mandatory insurance from approximately 500 meters away from the 17th day of the 17th day to the 9th day of the same Gu Gymna City, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Yasan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul, to the 3rd day of the 17th day to the same Gu Gymna City.
