Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking), etc. at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's branch on November 30, 2012, and on December 4, 2013, the period of the suspended sentence became final and conclusive on March 29, 2014 after being sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. at the same court, and on March 29, 2014, the sentence of the suspended sentence became final and conclusive. On April 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (licensed driving) and completed the execution of the said sentence in Busan District Court's prison on October 31, 2015.

Although the Defendant had been punished twice or more due to drinking driving power, on February 24, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.184% in blood at around 21:30 on Feb. 24, 2017, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 200 meters in the section from the front line of a main station near Busan Dong-dong to the front line of the same subway station located in the same Dong-dong.

On July 9, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a vehicle of approximately 500 meters from the front of the “Electronic Ireland” in 181, in accordance with the Dong-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, about 13:25, to the front of the “Sechohion” road No. 17-gil 2, the same Gu-U.S., the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 500 meters in the section.
