Punishment of the crime

[2013 High 4692] On June 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) connected the Internet disc (hpt:/wwwdisk.co.D) website operated by the Internet web-line service method at the Defendant’s home of the Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) connected the victim E (42 years of age) with “D” and owned the author’s property right; (c) the novel of “revition” in which the victim F (45 years of age) had the author’s property right; (d) the novel of “revition” in which the victim G (41 years of age) had the author’s property right; and (e) the Plaintiff’s Kau Kaunnnn’s novel that had the victim G (41 years of age) had the author’s property right so that many unspecified people could access the said website so that they could obtain access to the victims’ property right and shared the victims’ property right without permission.
