1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,485,084 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 25, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments set forth in subparagraphs A and 2, the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant Company from September 5, 201 to May 31, 2015, and the Plaintiff did not receive wages, bonuses, retirement allowances paid in September 2013, 2014; and the Plaintiff did not receive KRW 37,485,084 in total during the said period of service; and C, the representative of the Defendant Company, was notified of a summary order of KRW 5 million due to the violation of the Labor Standards Act in relation to the above facts; and the violation of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the total sum of 37,485,084 won, such as unpaid wages, and delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from May 25, 2016 to the day of complete payment, as requested by the plaintiff, from May 25, 2016 to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
