A The head of the F's strategic marketing team, the head of the F's strategic marketing division, the head of the above company's strategic marketing division, the defendant Eul as the member of the above company's strategic marketing division, the defendant Eul as the member of the above company's strategic marketing division, and the defendants were willing to obtain personal information, such as the name and resident registration number of the person divulged on the Internet to publicize the company's products, join the Internet portal site, and post a letter of promotion of the F's products on the Internet bulletin board by using the other person's ID.
1. On May 2010, Defendants A and B promised to purchase, from the name defecter who advertised that they sold personal information leaked to the Internet via Internet e-mail at the third floor F Office of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, the name and resident registration number of the third party, etc., the text file containing personal information stored at KRW 1 million. Defendant B, around that time, delivered 1 million to the name defecter and received personal information such as H and 65,535 names, resident registration numbers, etc. from the name defecter.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to divulge personal information of H and 65,535 others, and received personal information for profit or for an unlawful purpose.
