Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 8, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for fraud and 2 years of suspended execution in the Daegu District Court Port Support Act, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 16, 2017.
Defendant 2, “2017 Highest 850,” is the actual operator of C Co., Ltd. located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, and employs approximately 10 full-time workers to “D-based concrete construction works.”
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred, unless there exist any special circumstances.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, on August 10, 2016, did not pay 14,660,000 won in total for 10 workers as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, including 3,60,000 won in July 10, 2016, within 14 days from the date of retirement, without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment deadline.
Defendant 157, “The 2017 Highest 1157,” is the actual operator of the C Co., Ltd. located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Mapo-si, with approximately 10 full-time workers.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay KRW 3,32,00 of G’s wages within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement on the extension of the payment date between the parties, to a person who was employed in the said C Co., Ltd. from September 26, 2016 to December 29, 2016.
Defendant 1 is an employer who is the actual operator of C Co., Ltd. located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, 2017 Highest 1245 and has been awarded a contract with an individual owner using approximately three full-time workers.
A contract for a construction business shall be made not less than twice.
