The Defendant, “2014 Highest 2097,” is an operator of H Co., Ltd. located in Y in YY-gu G in Jeonju-si, Jeonsan-si, who runs a construction business by employing ten full-time workers at the construction site of Ysan-si.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay KRW 5,320,000 to the above construction site from November 20, 2013 to February 28, 2014 by the J’s work from February 2014, and did not pay KRW 26,530,000 for the total wages of ten workers within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date.

The Defendant, “2015 Godan199,” is an employer who engages in construction business by employing 12 full-time workers at the above office and 40 full-time workers at the site of the construction of a new urban-type LA residential house at the time of Kim Jong-si.

1. The Defendant who violated the Labor Standards Act and the Act on the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits to workers in the workplace in the previous week is working at the company’s workplace in the previous week from May 1, 201 to September 15, 2014.
