A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed any of the following crimes under the status that he/she has the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a mental division:
